Day 74

Our final day off and chance to relax before the final stage before reaching Beijing.

However, I and two others decided against the rest and mounted cycles to ride around the top of the Xi’an city wall which is about 13km in ride length, which is more than enough exercise!

As you can see, the top of the wall is plenty wide enough to cycle on, approx.12 meters wide!

Another straight section ahead of us.

One of the views which was of an apartment block with houses on the top!

The oldest original temple in the inside of the wall.

We were surprisingly in good shape when we finished!

  1. Gosh Graham, just looked on Google Earth and you are a log way from home. Hope you are enjoying every minute

  2. Yes, we have done about 12,000 miles to get here and there are plenty more to do!
